Harrison Hot Springs Sand Castle competition.

When I sell the cafe and once again have a life.. I'm going to book a room at the Harrison and stay there for the whole week of Sand Castle competition... walk the trails... soak in the hot springs.. read... eat... whatever...

I can't believe the talent... and I'd love to see the creations from start to finish.

Tough to pick a winner. Must be more than sand and water. How do you make a feather out of sand? Some look like made of chocolate.

must be some kind of binder to hold the sculptures together.

Well.. maybe next year I'll be shet of the cafe and will spend the week there learning all their secrets.
I could probably google out an answer to how they keep that sand doing the things they make it do... but that would be anticlimactic.
