very kewl...
We use coconut oil mostly.. which has a very low meltability point but is like a brick when cold. I wonder if that would work with a butter bell..? Have to start looking for one..

A heavy meal.
Not recommended. The scarcity of vits and proteins is one drawback. No trans fats though. Ideal for losing volume while gaining weight.
